  14. I have a call waiting disabled when I dial from RAS of WNT3.5
  15. USR 28.8 Modem works fine, when I hang up from RAS it just 
  16. wouldn't hangup, it would disconnect, but won't hangup!!! So I 
  17. have to unplug the wire from the wall and hangup the line with a 
  18. telephone.

  20. Sometimes I also get the modem in a state where it is 
  21. off-the-hook so I can't dial anymore. Really annoying... if I 
  22. connect the wire I get a message "please hangup and try again" 
  23. and ta-ta-ta- sound telling me that I need to hangup the modem.  
  24. I reboot.

  26. I have tried sending "+++ATH"  from terminal application, from a 
  27. C program, nothing works.
